Taking a Shot at Wellness

Following a successful COVID-19 vaccination initiative, KidGlov partnered with the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) to launch a new initiative we named Stay Well, Nebraska. Our team strategically designed a campaign that would appeal to a diverse target audience while promoting awareness about COVID-19 vaccines without making them the sole focus.

Stay Well, Nebraska endorsed multiple angles of wellness, knowing one size doesn’t fit all when it comes to health. The campaign materials encouraged simple daily actions anyone could do, like taking medications, caring for mental and physical well-being, and even napping when necessary. Recognizing the potential demographic limitations of photography, we opted for animated graphics to convey the important message to a broader statewide audience.

Spreading Health Far and Wide

The heart of the campaign theme and the tagline gently called attention to COVID-19 vaccinations while highlighting the importance of staying healthy. Wanting to reach as many people as possible, we crafted materials in both English and Spanish, guaranteeing inclusivity and accessibility.

“Stay well, Nebraska, because, let’s be honest, these days, we could all use a little more wellness in our lives.”

With materials that could meet people where they were, figuratively and literally, Stay Well, Nebraska successfully encouraged folks to take a personalized approach to their health. The campaign’s remarkable success exceeded all initial objectives, serving as an uplifting testament to a statewide sentiment: Nebraskans wanted to stay well.
